R&D Engineer (Product Development)

Design structure and element parts for air conditioning units, including plastic, metal, rubber, EPS, and piping components. Conduct new technology research and market surveys, create design guidelines for new development methods, and drive cost reduction through technology development.

Key responsibilities

• Design structure for air condition (Plastic / Metal / Rubber / EPS / Piping / Etc.)
• Design element part for air condition (PFC / HE / Compressor / IAQ function Etc.)
• New technology research & Market survey
• Design guideline create for new development method
• Cost reduction by new technology development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Experience in structural design and 3D/2D modeling
• Knowledge of Mold/Die design and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis
• Good knowledge of 3D and 2D CAD software
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of English
• Experience in air conditioner or related product design and development is an advantage
