R&D Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage new product development process
• Improve existing product by adjusting product formula, raw material replacement etc. to have benefit of cost saving .
• Ensure the finished product meet with targeted shelf life and process.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by R&D manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in food Science or related food field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Food Ingredients or Food manufacturing
• Sensory evaluation technique & statistical analysis.
• Problem solving and decision making
• Developing  skill
• Collaborative ,Flexible and positive attitude.
• Working under pressure.
