R&D Executive

• Conduct R&D activities on machines and equipment to improve productivity, efficiency, and reliability.
• Identify machine-related problems and perform root cause analysis for breakdowns and repeated failures.
• Plan and carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical machine issues.
• Support the development, modification, and improvement of machines according to production requirements.
• Design and implement machine modifications and improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with production teams to understand machine-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare and maintain machine maintenance records, breakdown reports, and R&D documentation.
• Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work with vendors and technicians for machine installation, servicing, modification, and spare-parts requirements.
• Assist in new machine development, trials, testing, and commissioning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
