What they need
About the Role
We are looking for an R&D Executive to join Wild Industries Sdn Bhd, based in Muar, Johor.
You will be responsible for product development, design and improvement, from concept and prototype to testing and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve furniture products
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, specifications and product documentation
- Coordinate product development from design to prototype
- Conduct product testing and follow up on improvements
- Work closely with Production, QC and other departments
- Research materials, components and manufacturing methods
- Support continuous improvement and product quality
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D software
- Relevant working experience is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
