R&D Expert in Building Plan Visual Recognition and Structural Modeling

本崗位為技術研發崗位：負責將非標準化的建築工程圖則轉化為可計算的結構化空間模型，並參與構建支持自動識別與通行約束分析的智能視覺處理模塊。

This is a technical R&D role. You will be responsible for transforming non-standardised architectural and engineering drawings into computable, structured spatial models, and participating in building intelligent visual processing modules that support automated recognition and passage constraint analysis.

核心研發職責 / Core R&D Responsibilities

1.圖則自動識別與信息提取：研發建築圖則的信息提取方案，識別建築元素。

Automated Plan Recognition and Information Extraction: Develop information extraction solutions for building plans, identifying architectural elements.

2.自適應預處理流程開發：針對建築圖則，開發自適應影像預處理流程。

Adaptive Pre-processing Workflow Development: Develop adaptive image pre-processing workflows for building plans.

3.通行約束量化與異常結構標註: 開發基於規則的異常結構標註功能

Passage Constraint Quantification and Irregular Structure Annotation: Develop rule-based irregular structure annotation functions.

4.技術協同：與仿真建模、系統集成等技術團隊合作，確保結構化模型能有效驅動相關系統模塊。

Technology Collaboration: Work with simulation modeling and system integration teams to ensure structured models effectively drive related system modules.

任職要求 / Qualifications

1.教育背景 / Educational Background：

持有結構工程、機械工程、計算機科學或相關學科的碩士或以上學位。具備建築圖則或工程圖紙處理相關研究經驗者優先。

Hold a Master's degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Prior research experience in building plan or engineering drawing processing is preferred.

2.專業技能 / Professional Skills：

(1) 具備計算機視覺或文檔圖像分析的紮實理論基礎與實踐經驗。

Possess a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in computer vision or document image analysis.

(2) 具備圖像處理與模式識別的相關實踐經驗，有深度學習相關知識者優先。

Possess relevant practical experience in image processing and pattern recognition. Candidates with knowledge in deep learning are preferred.

(3) 能夠深刻理解建築工程圖則的繪製規範與空間表達邏輯。

Be able to deeply understand the drafting standards and spatial representation logic of architectural and engineering drawings.
