What they need

该职位来源于猎聘 Company Overview Scania is a world-leading provider of transport solutions. As we transform into a sustainable transport leader, we are establishing a new factory and a state-of-the-art R&D organization in China. This is your chance to be at the heart of innovation, supporting our next generation of test vehicles in a dynamic market. The Role:

Do you have a "ninja skill" for connecting the dots? We are looking for a technical detective to join our R&D team. In this pivotal role, you will be the key interface between our test vehicles and the development teams, diving deep into complex faults to find root causes and drive solutions. You will not just find problems; you will solve them, ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Deep-Dive Analysis: Investigate and analyze complex technical faults occurring in test vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and data (m-logs, INCA, CANalyzer, etc.). Data-Driven Conclusions: Synthesize information from fault codes, log data, and vehicle systems to identify root causes, draw clear conclusions, and provide actionable guidance to R&D engineers. Data Logging Management: Create, verify, and manage vehicle configuration files based on team requirements. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain data loggers to ensure the highest quality of data collection. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate problem-solving activities within a cross-functional team, acting as the central point for technical issue resolution. Knowledge Sharing: Document findings and insights to create strong learning loops from test vehicles back to the development process, contributing to continuous improvement. Your Profile:

We are looking for a curious, driven, and hands-on engineer who thrives on solving puzzles. You are structured, service-minded, and have a proven ability to build a strong network to get things done. Key Skills & Knowledge: Problem-Solving Prowess: You possess exceptional problem-solving skills, underpinned by rigorous logical thinking and a methodical approach to analysis. Complete Vehicle Expertise: You have broad complete vehicle knowledge, with a specific background in heavy-duty trucks being a significant advantage. Systems Mindset: You understand the interaction between hardware and software in complex mechatronic systems, allowing you to diagnose issues that span multiple domains. Technical Toolbox: Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as m-log data, INCA, CANalyzer, or similar is required. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in software, electronics, or mechatronic systems development. Experience within the Scania ecosystem and good knowledge of the Scania E/E system are highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken). Our Offer:

At Scania, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are committed to your professional growth and offer a role with significant impact. A central role in a world-class R&D organization. The opportunity to "create the future" in a high-paced, sustainable transport environment. A platform to develop a broad and powerful internal network. A position where your work directly ensures vehicle uptime and accelerates learning.
