R&D Firmware Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility： 61 Design, analyze, and evaluate systems, products or components, requiring a high degree of technical expertise. 61 Design and develop complex models or simulations and apply advanced computer programs, analytical techniques or control strategies to effectively meet requirements and resolve problems. 61 Act as principal investigator or virtually lead a group of engineers investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing related recommendations and reports. 61 Conduct economic studies and prepare or lead the preparation of specifications, proposals for contracts, licensing and safety documents, and obtain required approvals. 61 Lead the FW related requirement discussion and clarifications with product management and cross-functional teams 61 Perform as a Scrum master in the R&D project/workpackages, especially for the FW-focus projects 61 Support the successful launch of new products and their transition into serial production. 61 Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals such as production and process improvement, cost reduction, and problem-solving. 61 Follow and implement other tasks assigned by line manager. • Required Education & Working Experience教育背景及工作经验: 61 Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.

61 Experience in architecting, designing and implementing embedded products from concept to production for min. 5 years 61 Experience in object-oriented analysis, design and implementation using C or C++ language 61 Experience and a strong understanding of embedded real-time development including an understanding of real-time operating system concepts and design issues

61 Experience defining & using software development methodologies such as Agile and software development life cycle & processes 61 Experience in the automation/instrumentation industry with knowledge of relevant standards.

61 Clear English-language writing and speaking for design work and team interactions 61 Preferred experience in mentoring and motivating 1 to 3 junior team members. 61 Comprehensive technical knowledge of relevant technologies for pumps or industrial instrumentation.
