R&D Hardware Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Electronics, Electrical and Telecommunication Engineering)

• GPA 2.5up

• 2 years’ experience in independent concept design, develop and debugging circuits for power electronic products,

• Strong knowledge in component design, assemblies and manufacturing processes

• Experienced in developing power supplies, ZCS and TRIAC ignition circuits

• Hands-on prototype building experience

• Familiar with the requirements of international standards for circuit design and product safety and EMC, e.g. IPC, IEC 60335; EMC

• Knowledgeable in 8/16/32 bit Microcontrollers, peripheral devices and communication circuits

• Good network with EMS providers for full automation service;

• Experienced in design and testing tools: Altium design, LTspice, Oscilloscope, EMC test equipment;

• Good command in spoken and written English language

Responsibilities:

• Design and calculate new circuits (PWS, ZCS, MCU peripheral, TRIAC ignition, ELCB/RCB) for home appliances

• Document and describe concept designs and present to team members (prepare design reference)

• Good network with EMS providers for full automation service;

• Circuit design with Altium design and LTspice simulation;

• Build and conduct/organize compliance test for prototypes

• Functional, efficiency and performance testing of new PCB

• Study and research new technologies for User Interface/displays, temperature control

• Evaluate compliance of pulse/phase control regarding EMC requirements (flicker, harmonics)

• Material cost analysis and cost optimization;

• Documentation for QMS system as required
