R&D INTERNSHIP

R&D Intern

Internship Allowance: RM700 – RM1,000/month

Job Scope:

• Assist the R&D team with new product development and product improvement.
• Assist with laboratory trials and product testing.
• Prepare ingredients and materials for product trials.
• Record trial results, observations and test data.
• Assist with sensory evaluation and sample preparation.
• Support basic product costing and formulation documentation.
• Assist with shelf-life and stability testing.
• Maintain R&D laboratory cleanliness and equipment.
• Prepare product samples for internal testing and production trials.
• Assist in preparing R&D reports, specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Production teams when required.
• Perform other R&D-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Nutrition or related field.
• Good interest in food product development.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Willing to learn and conduct practical/ laboratory work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to complete the required internship period.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
