Job Summary

• This position is mainly responsible for the R&D performance testing and reliability verification of new energy vehicle components, including CCS and busbars. Independently conduct various tests including electrical performance, temperature rise, environmental adaptability and mechanical durability, formulate test schemes, complete sample testing, data analysis, failure analysis and report compilation.
• 本岗位主要负责新能源汽车零部件包括CCS集成母排、高压汽车母排产品的性能检测与可靠性验证工作，独立开展电气、温升、环境、机械耐久等各类测试试验，完成试验方案制定、试样测试、数据分析、失效研判及报告输出。
• Undertake the demand research, selection evaluation, acceptance, commissioning and daily operation maintenance of laboratory testing equipment, and optimize test tooling and equipment efficiency. Lead the construction of laboratory standardization system, formulate and implement testing standards, equipment operating procedures and laboratory management systems to standardize testing processes and ensure full data traceability.
• 负责实验室检测设备的需求调研、选型评估、验收调试、日常运维与规范管理，统筹实验工装优化与设备效能提升。主导实验室标准化体系建设，编制、落地各类检测标准、设备操作规程及实验室管理制度，实现检测流程规范化、数据可追溯化。
• Fully manage laboratory safety, conduct hidden danger investigation, implement safety specifications and emergency management, and ensure the safe, compliant, efficient and stable operation of the laboratory. Provide core experimental and technical support for product R&D iteration, quality optimization and compliant mass production.
• 全面承担实验室安全管控工作，排查安全隐患、落实安全规范与应急管理，保障实验室安全、合规、高效稳定运行，为产品研发迭代、质量优化及产品合规量产提供核心实验技术支撑。

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily laboratory operation, proper maintenance of equipment and safe operation of all testing activities.
• 负责实验室的日常运作，设备的良好维护和操作的安全。
• Conduct product performance verification tests, including designing test plans, executing tests, recording data and issuing test reports for electrical, thermal, mechanical, environmental aging, flame retardant, high voltage resistance, temperature rise and cyclic durability tests.
• 负责产品性能验证实验，包含电气、热、机械、环境老化、阻燃、耐高压、温升、循环耐久等试验方案设计、试验实施、数据记录与报告输出。
• Complete sample preparation and pre-treatment, conduct full-process testing, track abnormal test phenomena, disassemble and analyze failed samples, issue failure analysis reports, and provide feedback to R&D, process and quality teams for design optimization.
• 负责试样制作和预处理、全流程测试，跟踪实验异常、失效件拆解分析，输出失效分析报告，同步反馈研发、工艺、质量部门优化设计。
• Responsible for Adjust parameters and perform routine inspection of all test equipment and formulate equipment operating procedures.
• 负责所有实验设备参数调试、点检，制定设备操作规程。
• Responsible for Coordinate equipment calibration, organize annual verification, conduct preliminary troubleshooting of equipment faults, submit repair requests promptly and follow up maintenance progress.
• 负责设备校准联络、年度校验、故障初步排查，设备故障及时报修并跟踪维修进度。
• Establish complete files including equipment ledgers, usage logs, maintenance records and calibration archives.
• 建立设备台账、使用记录、维保记录、校准档案。
• Train laboratory staff on standardized operation of various testing equipment, rectify non-standard operations to reduce equipment wear and test errors.
• 培训实验室人员规范使用各类检测设备，纠正不规范操作，降低设备损耗与测试误差。

Qualifications

• College diploma or above, majoring in Materials, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• 材料、电气工程、机械相关专业，大专及以上学历。
• Familiar with testing standards for new energy vehicle components; knowledgeable about insulating materials such as fiberglass mica, PET, PP, epoxy board and insulating films.
• 熟悉新能源车零部件的测试，了解绝缘材料（玻纤云母、PET、PP、环氧板、绝缘膜等）。
• Proficient in the testing principles of temperature rise, high current carrying capacity, voltage withstand & insulation, vibration, damp heat & salt spray, thermal shock, flame retardancy, mechanical tension and bending tests.
• 熟练掌握温升、大电流载流、耐压绝缘、振动、湿热盐雾、冷热冲击、阻燃、机械拉力 / 折弯等测试原理。
• Master basic specifications of high-voltage electrical safety, chemical management, laboratory fire protection and special equipment safety.
• 掌握高压电气安全、化学品管理、实验室消防、特种设备安全相关基础规范。
• Able to independently complete reliability tests for automotive components, self-design test schemes and manufacture test tooling, as well as accurately collect and process test data.
• 能独立完成汽车零部件可靠性实验，自主设计试验方案、制作测试工装，精准采集、处理实验数据。
• Capable of drafting SOPs, test specifications, test reports and failure analysis reports, and establishing standardized laboratory document systems.
• 熟练编写 SOP、检测标准、测试报告、失效分析报告，能搭建标准化实验室文件体系。
• Skilled in Office software (Excel for data charts, Word for reports, PPT for summaries); able to use data analysis tools for comparative test analysis.
• 熟练使用 Office（Excel 数据图表、Word 报告、PPT 总结），会使用数据处理工具进行试验对比分析。
• Prior experience in CNAS laboratory system establishment and internal audit procedures is preferred.
• 熟悉 CNAS 实验室体系搭建、内审流程优先。
• Strong execution ability， capable of managing multiple tasks covering testing, equipment, system management and safety simultaneously with complete ledgers and closed-loop process control.
• 执行力强，能同步管理测试、设备、体系、安全多项工作，做好台账与过程闭环。
• Prior experience in providing hands-on operation and safety training for laboratory personnel is preferred.
• 具备实验室人员实操、安全培训授课能力优先。
• Fluent Mandarin candidates with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities are preferred.
• 流利的普通话，良好的英语听说读写能力者优先。
