R&D Manager

Purpose / Summary：

Oversee the overall production operations, team management and achievement of business targets at Ferroxcube Dongguan Plant. Coordinate efficient collaboration among all internal departments, take the lead in cross-regional business liaison with the Poland plant, and drive lean management, technical improvements and sustainable development of the factory.

🚀 Your Impact in This Role

1. Formulate the company’s annual product and project development plan in accordance with corporate overall strategic planning and annual business targets.

2. Build the R&D system and realize technical standardization; establish and optimize the product R&D workflow.

3. Manage the R&D team and develop internal talents, including staff training and work assignment.

4. Conduct new product planning and full-lifecycle management of projects with end-to-end progress monitoring.

5. Complete closed-loop management for failure analysis, reliability verification and all technical issues.

6. Organize appraisal and review of R&D deliverables, and summarize lessons learned throughout R&D activities.

7. Supervise the execution progress of each project.

8. Collect reusable deliverables from all projects to build an internal technical resource library.

9. Formulate corporate development targets based on market trend analysis and forecasting.

🎯 What We're Looking For

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

1.Education & Training Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Integrated Circuits, Electronic Science and Technology or related disciplines.

2.Professional Experience

Over 6 years of R&D experience in electronic components, with a minimum of 3 years of team management experience.

3.Required Knowledge & Competencies

3.1 Familiar with wafer manufacturing processes, with comprehensive experience in developing protective devices such as TVS and ESD.

3.2 Well-versed in EMC specifications, safety standards for protective electronic components and industrial surge protection criteria.

3.3 Knowledgeable about the performance and operation of the company’s raw materials, production equipment and testing instruments.

3.4 Capable of independently evaluating component design schemes, identifying design risks, and leading yield improvement and parameter optimization initiatives.

3.5 Possess solid team management and communication skills, broad thinking vision, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, sound psychological quality, and the ability to work under heavy workload and high pressure.
