What they need
We are looking for a skilled and innovative R&D Manager with experience in Pakistani spices and seasoning formulations to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve Pakistani spice blends, masalas, and seasoning formulations.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and taste testing.
- Research market trends and develop new product concepts.
- Ensure product consistency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Optimize existing formulations based on quality, cost, and consumer preferences.
- Maintain R&D records, recipes, specifications, and trial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in R&D, particularly in Pakistani spices and masala formulations.
- Strong knowledge of spice ingredients, blending techniques, and flavour profiles.
- Practical experience in product development and food quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Location: Port Qasim Karachi, Pakistan
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
