An e-commerce company developing and manufacturing cosmetics products in-house, allowing ideas to move quickly from concept to lab to shelf. A small international team that embraces AI and uses it across almost everything they do.

Your Role

You drive the R&D activities, from the initial idea to the final product launch. You know what needs to be developed, set priorities, and make sure projects move forward. Their lab team handles formulation and testing. Your role is to lead, guide, and keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product development plan and drive ideas, concepts, and prototypes through to finished products.
• Identify new opportunities through research, market trends, and fresh ideas.
• Lead and organize the lab team in a hands-on, on-site role.
• Ensure new products are ready for marketing and launch on time.
• Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Use AI to automate routine tasks, solve problems at their root, and improve how the team works.

Who You Are

• You have experience in product development or R&D within cosmetics, personal care, or a related field.
• You understand cosmetic formulations and know what good laboratory work looks like.
• You combine technical knowledge with commercial thinking and a strong feel for the market.
• You are results-driven and know how to get things done through a team.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and value structure and efficiency.
• You already use AI daily and are excited about finding new ways to apply it.
• You thrive in an international team and speak fluent English. Bulgarian is a plus.
