R&D Manager- FRP /GRP

Apply strong working knowledge of FRP, GRP and CFRP composite materials and thermoset resin systems.
Carry out resin formulation, compounding and reinforcement (glass fibre / roving / mat) selection.
Drive pultrusion process development and moulded/pultruded grating product development.
Handle product design, prototyping and scale-up using AutoCAD / SolidWorks.
Apply testing & standards knowledge (ASTM, ISO, EN, ACI) with root cause analysis, CAPA and 8D.
Lead the team with strong cross-functional coordination and customer interaction.
Lead end-to-end R&D activities for FRP, GRP and CFRP products, from concept development to production launch.
Develop new products such as pultruded profiles, gratings, cable trays, ladders, handrails, tanks and rebars.
Study customer drawings and technical specifications and convert them into practical product designs.
Develop prototypes, samples and trial products for customer approvals and commercial production.
Optimize pultrusion parameters and moulded grating processes to reduce rejection and wastage.
Plan and conduct laboratory/production testing (tensile, flexural, compression, impact, dimensional accuracy).
Lead root-cause analysis for product, process and customer complaints, and implement CAPA.

Pay: ₹812,293.39 - ₹1,289,359.58 per year
