R&D Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute formulation, manufacturing process, and analytical method development for new pharmaceutical products.
• Evaluate and select APIs, excipients, processing aids, and packaging materials.
• Prepare and review development protocols, reports, and regulatory dossier documents.
• Perform technology transfer from development to commercial manufacturing.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.
• Support audits, investigations, validation, qualification, calibration, and maintenance activities related to product development.
• Identify and resolve product development and quality-related issues.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development, formulation development, or related areas.
• Experience in oral solid dosage form development, such as tablets and capsules, would be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in formulation development, manufacturing process development, and analytical method development.
• Experience in technology transfer from product development to commercial manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Experience in preparing development protocols, technical reports, and regulatory dossier documents.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with R&D, QA/QC, Production, and cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English
