Working Hours: 7:40 AM – 4:40 PM, Monday – Friday

Job Summary

• As a Power Electronics Design Engineer , you will be responsible for supporting power converter research and developing energy-efficient commercial products for AI, data center, and networking equipment .
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class customers from Silicon Valley and Europe , as well as collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circuit analysis, stability analysis, and circuit simulation.
• Select appropriate components and prepare related technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot power converter issues and conduct reliability validation.
• Prepare technical documentation related to design and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Engineers and Firmware Engineers to ensure successful product design and reliable mass production.
• Support continuous improvement of power electronics designs and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) with strong circuit analysis skills, or a Master’s degree in Power Electronics or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in power electronics or electrical design.
• Strong background in electrical design and power electronics.
• Strong understanding of fundamental power electronics theory.
• Good knowledge of circuit analysis and power converter design.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas, particularly to Europe and China .
• Professional working attitude, high sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork.
• Eager to learn and explore new technologies.
