What You Will Do:

• Drive End-to-End Process Development: Own the full product lifecycle transition from laboratory formulation to pilot scale and full commercial production, optimizing throughput, yield, and process consistency.
• Energize Innovation & Scale-Up: Turn technical trials into a seamless production integration. Build immersive, efficient, and robust manufacturing protocols so every new formulation scales flawlessly from day one.
• Be the Quality & Process Curator: Represent our engineering standards across bench-top testing, pilot plant trials, and commercial production facilities with high standards and operational enthusiasm.
• Innovate Process Strategies: Use sharp problem-solving skills, engineering principles, and industry insights to troubleshoot bottlenecks, introduce novel processing technologies, and optimize yield and cost.
• Collaborate & Consult: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Quality Assurance, Culinary R&D, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations—to define ideal product specifications and deliver a fast, high-quality development timeline.
