R&D Procurement Executive

We are a growing semiconductor startup seeking a hands-on

Procurement Executive / Buyer

to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor onboarding and ERP setup.

Handle RFQs, compile quotations, and prepare comparison analyses.

Create and manage PRs and POs, ensuring timely order placement and delivery.

Perform 3-way matching of PO, DO, and invoices for payment processing.

Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in NetSuite.

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on purchasing requirements.

Support procurement reporting, including open PO tracking.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

2-3 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience with

NetSuite ERP

is required.

Good understanding of the procure-to-pay (PR → PO → DO → Invoice) process.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

Experience procuring semiconductor materials, components, chemicals, or raw materials.

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
