R&D Product Developer (Soy Milk, Dairy Milk, Dairy Product)

You will be responsible to assist R&D Manager in plan, lead, develop, and conducting routine functions for Research & Development

Location : Rojana Nongyai Industrial Estate in Chonburi

Responsibilities:

1. Support and conduct product scale-up from lab to full-scale production, ensuring process feasibility and consistency.
2. Collecting data and analyzing data to support optimizing formulations and production processes, identifying and resolving processing challenges.
3. Conduct the testing's in lab such as stability, sensory, and feasibility studies to validate formulations and process parameters.
4. Work with manufacturing teams to gather data, troubleshoot process-related issues, ensuring smooth production runs.
5. Maintain and update technical documentation, including product specifications, process parameters, and trial reports.
6. Collaborate with QA, QC, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product compliance with regulatory and company standards.
7. Conduct process validation and trials, ensuring scalability and efficiency of formulations.
8. Collect data and provide data analysis and reporting on product performance, process improvements, and troubleshooting findings.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and processing technologies to contribute to innovation and efficiency improvements.

Expectations :

• 2-3 y of R&D experience in R&D NPD development.
• Experience in one or more of these is a strong advantage:  FMCG, RTD (ready to drink), dairy or soy drink, yoghurt, applications in flavorings, applications in ingredients
• Able to working independently and as team member.
