About the role

We are looking for a talented R&D Product Scientist, Formulation expert to join our dynamic team at Mit Mongkol Industry Co., Ltd. Based in Bangkok, this full-time role will involve developing innovative new products and enhancing our existing formulations to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct research and development to create new product formulations
2. Optimise existing product formulations to improve performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate new product prototypes
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor analysis to inform product development
5. Document and report on research findings, formulation processes, and testing results
6. Provide technical support and expertise to the manufacturing and quality assurance teams

What we're looking for

1. Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific field
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in product formulation, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
4. Proficient in using lab equipment and conducting scientific experiments
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments
7. Passion for innovation and a drive to develop cutting-edge products
