What they need
- Develop new product prototype
- Propose, implement and support improvement projects
- Run trial and improve tire performance
- Understand core tools APQP, PPAP and FMEA
- Analyze new product and mass production problems
- Continous product improvement and process mass production
Qualifications:
- Diploma (D3) or bachelor (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
- Understand 2D drawing or 3D design.
- Familiar with measurement tools.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD.
- Good communication and attitude.
- Min. of 1 year experience in relevant field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
