R&D Production Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a Production Assistant to run large-batch production sessions in our facility. Guided by our R&D Chef, you'll operate our production equipment and independently manage large orders — while also teaming up with other production staff when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Run large-batch production using facility equipment
• Follow R&D chef's recipes and scaling guidance
• Manage large orders independently, start to finish
• Collaborate with production team members as needed
• Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
• Work in different areas of production to gain skills for R&D

Requirements:

• Kitchen or food handling experience required
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and operate industrial food equipment
• Detail-oriented with good time management
• Able to handle physical, on-your-feet production work

Big plus:

• Has experience with operating food manufacturing equipment such as mixers, grinders, and dehydrators
• Has experience working with chocolate
• Expresses a passion for cooking and creation
