What they need
Conduct laboratory-scale synthesis and chemical reaction for API development. Develop and optimize new synthetic routes and manufacturing processes. Coordinate with the Analytical/QC team for HPLC,GC,LC-MS,NMR,etc.
Required Candidate profile
Follow GMP,GLC,GLP,EHS, and laboratory safety procedures. Perform process optimization and troubleshooting to improve yield and product quality. Support scale-up activities from laboratory scale
