Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear project plans to track scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and actions across cross‑functional teams for product launches, from early design through execution and completion

  • Lead and support project teams by providing project management structure and organizational discipline to support DHF execution
  • Coordinate and drive accountability across cross‑functional and multi‑site teams to support product development, technology transfer, and launch readiness
  • Provide clear, consistent visibility into project status and health through regular updates to teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers through effective written and verbal communication
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Organization to continuously improve new product development processes and business alignment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of leading product development projects
  • Experience managing projects in bioprocessing, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project execution
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple sites, global teams, and time zones. Flexibility to travel as required
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
  • Experience communicating across written, verbal, and presentation formats for diverse audiences
  • Ability to analyze project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and other project management collateral using project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau or similar) to identify issues and drive problem solving
