Key responsibilities
- Prepare product samples according to R&D requirements, customer specifications and work instructions
- Make speaker cone paper and related audio component samples using the required materials, moulds and equipment
- Prepare, measure and mix raw materials according to the specified formulation and instructions
- Operate sample-making equipment and moulding tools according to established procedures
- Assist R&D personnel in conducting product trials, sample testing and performance evaluations
- Check sample dimensions, appearance and other specified requirements to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Record sample details, material usage, process parameters and test results
- Report sample defects, abnormal results and process issues to the R&D Engineer
- Assist in modifying samples based on R&D feedback and testing results
