R&D Senior Manager

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Execution. Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement the Research Institute’s technical strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. Lead the team to achieve breakthroughs and successfully drive the commercialization of technologies into market-ready products.

2. R&D Management and Oversight. Oversee daily R&D operations, including the research and development of organic materials, material process innovations, and atomization mechanisms. Ensure the successful delivery and milestone achievement of key projects.

3. Team Leadership and Talent Development. Manage the Research Institute’s organizational structure, build a robust talent pipeline, and focus on the cultivation, assessment, and motivation of core technical talent.

Qualifications

1. Over 15 years of R&D experience and over 5 years in R&D management, with a proven track record of driving significant business growth through technology management and innovation.

2. Doctoral degree or above in materials science and engineering, materials processing, organic materials, organic chemistry, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, or a related discipline. Candidates specializing in materials, materials processing, organic materials, or organic chemistry are preferred.

3. Previous experience as a CTO, Research Institute President, or senior technology executive at a technology company with annual revenue of approximately RMB 10 billion or more.
