R&D Software Design Engineer (Asst. Manager)

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring software development projects to ensure project quality, timeline, and delivery targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to gather requirements and translate business needs into product specifications.
• Support project execution by tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage and coordinate outsourced software development activities, including supplier performance and deliverables.
• Conduct market and technology research to support product strategy, improvement, and innovation initiatives.
• Support new product proposals, business development activities, and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in System Engineering, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related technical roles.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in managing software development projects and coordinating with customers or external suppliers.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under project deadlines.
• Good command of English communication skills is an advantage.
