• Education:
• Master’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science,

Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidates with a software-related background (e.g., Computer Science or Software

Engineering) must demonstrate significant experience and expertise in hardware circuit design.

• Professional Skills:
• Expertise in hardware circuit design, including PCB layout, signal integrity, and analog/digital circuit development.
• Working knowledge of embedded software development and host application design (e.g., familiarity with C/C++ or RTOS).
• Ability to oversee the integration of hardware and software components to deliver cohesive, high-performance systems.
• Deep proficiency in hardware circuit design, with the ability to lead hardware development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with software teams.
• Quality and Compliance:
• Familiarity with quality management systems and global regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, or OIML).
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) to enhance team productivity. (Optimal)
