Requirement

1. Good understanding of Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practies (CPKKB), Cosmetics formulation, Halal requirements, and Indonesia cosmetics regulatory
2. Excellent leadership, analytical, project management skill, detail-oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Job Description

1. Development optimize product formulations based on project briefs, market trends, and regulatory requirements
2. Coordinate with suppliers/procurement on raw material selection, evaluation, sample testing, and technical documentation review
3. Conduct laboratory development, stability testing, compatibility testing, performance evaluations
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, product safety requirements and costumer expectations
5. Collaborate with Packaging Development, Production, QA/QC, Procurement and Marketing teams to ensure product feasibility and quality
6. Prepare and maintain formulation documentation, including formula records, specifications, development reports and batch records
7. Support pilot trials, scale-up activities, and production validation to ensure smooth commercialization
8. Drive continuous improvement and innovation for new and existing product formulations
