What they need
Plan, control, command and evaluate subordinate’s performance to be correctly and efficiently
Plan, monitor and perform research and development on formula and manufacturing process to obtain quality, stability and reproducibility on an industrial scale
Involved in development and improvement on existing product’s quality as assigned
Plan for formula testing, stability study, follow-up and evaluate the testing results by cooperate with Analytical Method Development section
Collect data and prepare registration dossier related with formula and manufacturing process development
Contact and cooperate with relevant departments to manufacture and test investigational medicinal products to ensure efficient and smooth operations and achieve goals
Enforces Quality and Environment Policy and SOP efficiently
Other assignment from supervisor
Required qualifications :
· Bachelor degree of pharmacy, at least
· 3 year experiences for Production or R&D field in pharmaceutical industry, at least
