What they need
- Plan, control, and carry out product development in compliance with quality systems and food safety requirements, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct trials and testing of food formulations, raw materials, and packaging materials to achieve product quality that meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Analyze test results related to product quality, sensory attributes, shelf life, and cost.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department and other relevant functions to ensure smooth and effective product development processes.
- Prepare, review, and control R&D documentation such as product formulas, specifications, and trial reports.
- Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to R&D staff.
- Monitor and stay informed about issues related to food adulteration and food fraud.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
