R&D Supervisor – Documentation & Stability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in R&D, preferably in a similar supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in reviewing, and maintaining specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished products.
• Solid understanding of product stability testing, documentation, and regulatory requirements relevant to R&D activities.
• Possess a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPKB) training certificate or relevant training experience.
• Proficient in SAP and familiar with its application in R&D documentation and data management.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of technical documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
