We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team and lead a cutting-edge technology roll out to market.

About the job:

You will own 'Care' end to end — architecture, delivery, production, and the team. You'll lead a small cross-functional group of software engineers, QA and devops. You will work directly with senior management and business and will drive product evolution and technical vision including:

• Technical direction for the platform currently based on Django + FastAPI backend, Vue frontends, a GenAI service on Bedrock/OpenAI/Anthropic, and a ClickHouse → Snowflake analytics chain.
• Cloud, data-warehouse and LLM operations and costs
• Security and compliance for our enterprise customers
• Team leadership and mentoring
• Supporting (level 3) our current enterprise customers and customer presell activities

You'd be a good fit if you have...

• 4+ years building production software, 2+ leading engineers
• Deep Python: Django and FastAPI, Celery, async, REST API design.
• Data: MySQL, Redis, and data warehouses such as ClickHouse, Snowflake or equivalent — including pipelines, retention and cost.
• Kafka or comparable streaming.
• Production LLM systems: serving models under a latency budget, prompt evaluation, structured output, gradual rollout, and cost control. Agent or multi-agent systems are a strong plus.
• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture and enterprise integration
• Fluent with Claude Code or similar coding agents: not just prompting, but building reusable agent tooling and reviewing agent-generated code critically.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners across Product, Success and Business
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional teamwork
• Goal driven, self-driven, energetic, passionate about what you do
• Presentation and customer engagement is a big plus
• Enterprise B2B expertise is a big plus
