R&D Technician

About the role

You will be responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, compliance, and management of all data, records, and technical documentation required to bring culinary innovations from concept to commercial production.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, organize, and maintain accurate technical data, project progress reports, kitchen test results, and raw materials specifications
• Manage documentation ensuring raw materials and finished products adhere to global standards (e.g., BRCGS) and FDA regulatory requirements
• Maintain precise, centralized tracking of experimental formulations, ingredient lists, allergy matrices, and nutritional labeling information
• Input and manage data across internal systems and ERP tools to ensure accurate product pricing, product codes, and ingredient inventory tracking
• Assist Food Technologists, Chefs, and the broader R&D Team during raw material mapping, production runs, and pilot plant trials

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in data management, technical documentation, or administrative R&D tasks within the food manufacturing or consumer goods sector
• Fresh graduates with specialized internship experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry workflows
• Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage
• High attention to detail
• Strict adherence to confidentiality guidelines
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple documentation timelines
