R&D Technician

• Documentation & Records: Compile, organize, and maintain accurate technical data, project progress reports, kitchen test results, and raw materials specifications.
• Regulatory & Compliance Data: Manage documentation ensuring raw materials and finished products adhere to global standards (e.g., BRCGS) and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Recipe Standards: Maintain precise, centralized tracking of experimental formulations, ingredient lists, allergy matrices, and nutritional labeling information.
• Administrative & ERP Support: Input and manage data across internal systems and ERP tools to ensure accurate product pricing, product codes, and ingredient inventory tracking.
• Team Collaboration: Assist Food Technologists, Chefs, and the broader R&D Team during raw material mapping, production runs, and pilot plant trials.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in data management, technical documentation, or administrative R&D tasks within the food manufacturing or consumer goods sector (Fresh graduates with specialized internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry workflows. Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strict adherence to confidentiality guidelines, and strong organizational skills to juggle multiple documentation timelines.
• Work Setup: Must be willing to work full-time on-site at our facility in Santolan, Pasig City.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
