• CORE RESPONSIBILITY: Color Matching and Sample Preparation
• Receive and organize raw materials required for color matching and sample preparation.
• Perform color matching and sample powder preparation according to established procedures.
• Clean and maintain grinding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• CORE RESPONSIBILITY: R&D Project Support
• Conduct sample pre-treatment activities for product development projects.
• Assist Chemists with panel spraying and sample preparation.
• Support R&D trials and related laboratory activities as assigned.
• CORE RESPONSIBILITY: Laboratory Equipment Operation and Maintenance
• Operate extrusion and grinding equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of extrusion and grinding equipment.
• Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.
• CORE RESPONSIBILITY: Laboratory Testing Support
• Assist in conducting routine laboratory tests and evaluations.
• Record and organize testing data and results accurately.
• Support sample tracking and documentation activities.
• CORE RESPONSIBILITY: Safety and Compliance
• Follow all laboratory safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)
