R&D Technologist (No online interview)

The opportunity

To Support R&D and Process Technical Manager on R&D experiment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run daily experiment.
• Monitor, Record, Follow up and report on R&D experiment analysis result
• Maintain the R&D equipment include preventive maintenance and calibration program.
• Preliminary data analysis after got the analysis result.
• Support R&D supervisor on special task.
• Work with R&D team and Process Engineer to solve the production issue.
• Supervise R&D staff on R&D daily activity.
• Report any unusual or anything that may effect the food safety, occupational health , safety , environment and other management system.
• Follow other task as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Degree in food science, food technology, biotechnology or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar R&D or technical role within the food industry
• Knowledge of food science, including food chemistry, microbiology, and nutrition
• Proficiency in conducting laboratory tests, data analysis, and report writing
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
