R&D Testing Engineer - Computer & Networking Business

About the role

We are looking for R&D Testing Engineers to join our growing R&D organization. You will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications, and conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure product quality. You will work on innovative computer and networking solutions throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers and project leaders to understand product features and technical implementation.
• Work with manufacturing teams to perform production-line testing and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations to improve product performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain test automation solutions using C#, Python, or C/C++.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency and productivity.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in product testing, validation, or quality assurance, preferably in electronics, networking products, or power supply systems.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, C#, or C/C++.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
