R&D Trainee

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented M.Sc. Organic Chemistry Freshers to join our R&D team. The candidate will be involved in organic synthesis, process development, reaction monitoring, analytical interpretation, and laboratory documentation for the development of specialty chemicals, agrochemicals, and intermediates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform organic synthesis experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Execute multi-step reactions and maintain laboratory notebooks.
• Monitor reactions using analytical techniques such as TLC, HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
• Purify synthesized compounds through distillation, crystallization, and chromatography.
• Analyze and interpret experimental results.
• Prepare samples for characterization using NMR, IR, GC-MS, and HPLC.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and observations.
• Follow laboratory safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
• Assist in process optimization and scale-up studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
