Range Attendant

Part-Time Driving Range Attendant

Approximately 15–20 Hours per Week

Imperial Golf Club is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Part-Time Driving Range Attendant to join our Golf Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being around the game of golf, and providing excellent service to members and guests.

The Driving Range Attendant helps maintain the daily operation, appearance, and safety of the Club’s driving range and practice areas.

What You'll Do

• Set up and maintain the driving range and practice areas.
• Retrieve and clean golf balls and replenish range supplies throughout the day.
• Safely operate golf ball pickers, golf carts, and other range equipment.
• Keep the driving range and surrounding practice areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Set up and maintain baskets, bag stands, signage, and other range equipment.
• Monitor practice areas and follow established safety procedures.
• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Report equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with other Golf Operations duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of golf and golf equipment preferred.
• Previous golf course, country club, recreational facility, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate golf carts and range equipment after training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical & Work Environment

This is a primarily outdoor, physically active position. The employee will work in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, direct sunlight, wind, and occasional rain.

The position requires extended periods of standing, sitting and walking, as well as frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
