Company Overview

GolfCave is a 24/7 indoor golf facility where golfers can play, practice, compete, and improve their game in the privacy of their own Cave using industry-leading Trackman technology.

Our new  Berwyn, PA location  is looking for energetic, reliable, and outgoing  Rangers  to join our opening team.

You do not need to be a great golfer to work here. We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers, are comfortable with technology, and can help create the welcoming, high-quality experience we want every GolfCave member and guest to have.

Position Overview

As a GolfCave Ranger, you will be one of the faces of our Main Line location. You'll work directly with members and guests while helping keep the facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome members and guests and create a friendly, professional atmosphere.
• Give tours to prospective members and first-time visitors.
• Explain GolfCave memberships, pricing, promotions, and amenities.
• Help prospective members select the membership option that works best for them.
• Set up customers in their Caves and help them get started with Trackman.
• Assist customers with basic simulator and technology questions.
• Book tee times, answer phone calls, return missed calls, and register new customers.
• Promote and sell memberships, gift cards, leagues, lessons, events, and other GolfCave offerings.
• Clean and reset Caves between sessions and help maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Help the General Manager with events, leagues, promotions, and other day-to-day operations.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal Ranger is:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Comfortable explaining products and asking for the sale without being pushy.
• Customer-service focused and willing to go the extra mile for members and guests.
• Comfortable using computers, apps, and booking systems.
• Able to learn basic Trackman and simulator troubleshooting.
• Interested in golf or willing to learn about the game and GolfCave experience.
• Available for a combination of weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts.

Experience in  golf, sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurants, or customer service  is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Rangers will also have opportunities to play and practice at GolfCave, subject to employee-use policies and availability.
