Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide clear instructions to ensure smooth entry and movement throughout the course
• Manage guest flow by controlling access points
• Enforce safety rules and regulations
• Address guest inquiries promptly with friendly, helpful communication, ensuring a positive experience
• Support conflict management by calmly resolving disputes or concerns that may arise among guests or staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Public speaking skills to effectively communicate instructions or safety information to large groups
• Must be energetic, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed.
