Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised, driven and solutions-focused Rapid Repair Coordinator to join our Malaga Head Office.

In this role, you will coordinate eligible insurance repair claims from Ready to Start through to Completion, ensuring repairs are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in accordance with insurer requirements.

This role focuses on low-risk, low-value, low-complexity repairs, providing a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication and problem-solving skills are critical to success.

The Role: Rapid Repair Coordinator

Reporting within our Rapid Repair Division, you will work closely with the Rapid Repair Building Team Leader, administration teams, trades and operational support staff to ensure claims progress smoothly from commencement to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Rapid Repair claims under $10,000 involving three or fewer trades
• Schedule and coordinate repair works to achieve contractual service levels and insurer KPIs
• Engage and manage subcontractors in accordance with approved scopes and pricing arrangements
• Monitor claim progress and proactively address delays, access issues and repair obstacles
• Maintain strong communication with insured customers, trades and internal stakeholders
• Manage repair costs and escalate variations where required
• Ensure accurate and complete claim documentation, including photos, scopes, invoices and completion records
• Support business performance through adherence to operational processes and service standards

What You Bring

You are highly organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines and managing multiple jobs simultaneously is the norm.

• Experience in insurance repairs, construction coordination, scheduling, property maintenance or administration
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• The ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive problem-solving mindset
• Sound computer literacy and confidence using job management systems
• A commitment to achieving performance targets, KPIs and service standards

Experience within the insurance building industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
