RAPID COMPLEX CARE ASSISTANT
What is a Rapid Complex Care Assistant
Are you an experienced carer who loves variety, enjoy new challenges, and getting genuine satisfaction from stepping in when you are needed most.
If that sounds like you, keep reading, because not all carers want routine, they want adventure.
Our Rapid Carers are some of the most adaptable, flexible and trusted people in our organisation. They're skilled complex care professionals who work across multiple care packages, supporting vulnerable clients when unexpected situations arise, helping mobilise new services, and keeping care running safelyacross the region.
The role requires flexibility you will need to travel extensively, typically within a 50-mile radius, to meet the needs of the service.
What Makes This Role Different?
This role is built around flexibility and adaptability.
You will:

- Support a brand-new care package as it launches.

- Support onboarding, shadowing and development of colleagues.
- Travel across the region, up to 50 miles from home to provide support where it's needed. Your shift location may change at short notice, so adaptability and a positive attitude are essential.
One day you could be supporting a client with a spinal injury.
