About the role

We are looking for a Rates Analysis Analyst to join our global Rates team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely rates analysis and administration across the client rates lifecycle. You will review client pricing arrangements, maintain rates within Firm systems, support billing accuracy, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions and functions.

  • Calculate, validate, and perform data quality checks on client, matter, and timekeeper rates.
  • Maintain and update rates accurately within SAP and other Firm systems.
  • Support client and matter onboarding through pricing analysis, system configuration, validation, and approval tracking.
  • Apply rate cards, discounts, volume-based arrangements, and client-specific pricing exceptions.
  • Investigate rate-related queries, eBilling rejections, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Support annual and ad hoc rates reviews, including calculations, validation, and implementation activities.
  • Maintain accurate pricing documentation and tracking records.
  • Follow established procedures and controls to support contractual compliance and minimize revenue leakage.
  • Collaborate with Rates, Revenue, Billing, eBilling, Pricing Strategy, Finance, and Client Service teams globally.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (Mandatory).
  • Previous experience in Finance, Pricing, Rates, Billing, Revenue Operations, Financial Administration, or similar analytical roles.
  • Experience working in a multinational or global organization is highly desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems is advantageous.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and identify discrepancies.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and international environment.
  • Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across cultures, locations, and time zones.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
