Raw Material Executive

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify raw materials as per PO and documents.

• Maintain Quarantine, Approved, Rejected & Returned material segregation.

• Store materials as per required temperature/humidity conditions.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO system.

• Issue/dispense materials to Production as per approved requisition.

• Maintain stock records, GRN, issue and return records.

• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.

• Maintain GMP, GDP, SOP and safety compliance.

• Monitor expiry/near-expiry and damaged materials.

• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Purchase and Accounts.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and warehouse documentation. Computer Skills

• Data entry and inventory reporting

Qualification:

• B.Com / B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Diploma in Pharmacy / Any degree or equivalent.

Graduate candidates with relevant pharmaceutical warehouse / raw material stores experience may also be considered.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing stores/warehouse.
