Raw Material Handler Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, moving, storing and issuing raw materials.
• Prepare raw materials according to production requirements.
• Ensure the correct materials and quantities are supplied to the Production Department.
• Check raw materials and report any damaged, incorrect or missing items.
• Maintain proper records of raw material movement and usage.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Keep the raw material storage area clean, organized and safe.
• Follow proper handling, safety and workplace procedures.
• Assist the Raw Material Handler and Production team with daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or material handling environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle materials.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Forklift license/experience is an advantage.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
