Raw Material Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage a portfolio of raw materials (ingredients, actives, fragrances, etc.) for cosmetics and skincare products
• Identify and qualify new suppliers, both local and international, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and payment terms to ensure optimal cost and supply security
• Monitor market trends and price movements to mitigate risks and improve sourcing strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Production) to support product development and continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate sourcing and supplier records in line with audit and traceability standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in raw material sourcing, ideally in the cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industry
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredient categories and global supplier landscape
• Solid negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working cross-functionally
