What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision, preferably in raw material warehouse management manufacturing industry.
- Experienced in handling raw material receiving, storage, stock accuracy, material issuance, and warehouse documentation processes.
- Proficient in operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Familiar with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage warehouse manpower and support production requirements effectively.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized, and capable of maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse compliance.
- Having experience in handling chemical materials, hazardous materials, or forklift operation will be an advantage.
