Raw Materials Receiving Checker

We are looking for a Raw Materials Receiving Checker to oversee the accurate receipt, inspection, and verification of all incoming raw materials. This role is critical in ensuring that all deliveries comply with company quality, safety, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and review all accompanying documents
• Unload, verify, and inspect deliveries to ensure correct quantity, quality, and condition
• Ensure delivered quantities match the Purchase Order, invoice, and bill of lading
• Report and document any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues identified during inspection
• Label received materials and place them in designated storage locations
• Coordinate with PCD personnel to verify Purchase Orders prior to receiving items
• Maintain accurate receiving records and support inventory control activities
• Assist in raw material recovery by promptly collecting and reporting spillages
• Ensure materials meet quality standards before storage
• Monitor and enforce proper weighing procedures for all incoming trucks
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in receiving and loading areas
• Ensure materials are received, handled, and stored correctly and in a timely manner
• Follow standard receiving procedures, including quality checks and temperature monitoring when required
• Accurately complete receiving documents for each delivery
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas
• Ensure proper truck queuing and unloading procedures are followed
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course
• At least one (1) year of experience in warehousing, receiving, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Honest, hardworking, and results-oriented
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and on a rotating/shifting schedule
